Our goal is to satisfy customer demands with competence and true professionalism: we have adopted our own Quality System in order to reach this goal at every step in the process. This system is ISO 9001 certified, according to an internationally recognised standard.

We work as a team, using properly validated and documented processes and have just one goal: to manufacture products that meet customer specifications and within the agreed time. The FAMAPLAST Quality Systemis the tool we use to reach this goal: it has been certified as compliant to the ISO 9001, standard by the international leader in Quality certification: DNV-GL.

For many years, we have also implemented an HACCP-based Self-Control System to satisfy the requirements for materials that come into contact with food: this is an intermediate stage in reaching our goal of obtaining BRC certification, the international standard for Food Safety.

We are convinced that our staff are a crucial resource for us, as we work towards our goals: we give great importance to their training and information, dedicating specific time and space for this within our business.
